So if you follow my Instagram you’ll most probably have already caught up with all the goings on concerning the series, but for those who don’t, I’ve made a few changes to how the series is going to work and how the story will be told.

So the idea of having three characters telling separate stories, I’ve actually scrapped that idea in favour of a more traditional method. Why? Because I felt I could give the reader a more cohesive experience with it written like a “normal” story would be. It’ll still be rolling out in episodes like I originally planned, only this time it’ll be focusing on everything rather than just telling a single characters story.

In terms of the story itself, I’ve actually made some pretty significant changes, in fact I’ve changed nearly everything. The characters are still the same, the world’s still the same, I’ve just changed it to something I feel can tell a story and detail each characters arc more effectively. The end result has been something I’m far happier with, largely because it’s better, and you can get the whole story in one reading rather than having to read all of the character arcs as you would have had to have done before.

At the time of writing this I’ve actually got the prologue and the first episode done along with all (or nearly all) the art to go with it.  I can’t see myself rolling the episodes out regularly as in every Wednesday or whatever, instead I’ll probably just publish them when they’re ready. Understandably writing a series can quickly feel like writing a novel in the sense that you’re writing and writing on the same project until it’s finished. So to break it up I’ll most likely take a break here and there and write a few stand alone short stories and stuff like I’ve done in the past.

I’ve made a site page up for the series, y’know, telling you all about it and where the episodes will be listed and stuff, it’s pretty much finished so i’ll probably go live with that soon.
